Located in the industrial corridor of Magadi Road, Bangalore, Soleus Fabritech operates an integrated, purpose-built facility engineered for high-purity stainless steel fabrication and precision CNC machining.
The plant is organized into segregated operational departments: a high-precision CNC machine shop, a heavy and light fabrication shop with orbital welding bays, an isolated raw material store and rod yard with positive identification, a dedicated assembly and clean staging bay, finished storage areas, and an engineering and quality assurance office.

- CNC turning centre: Ace Micromatic J 400LM (up to 200 mm chuck dia, travelling length 300 mm)
- CNC turning centre: Ace Micromatic J 300LM (up to 160 mm chuck dia, travelling length 250 mm)
- Laser cutting machine: HSG make with IPG source, 1.5 kW, cutting capacity up to 6 mm thickness
- CNC bending machine: Hindustan Hydraulics, 150 ton capacity, bending length up to 3 m, equipped with precision bending fixtures
- Band saw cutting machine: Laxman make (cutting capacity up to 250 mm dia)
- Conventional machining: Lathe machines, precision drilling machines, and bench grinding stations
- Metrology: Calibrated precision measuring instruments and dimensional inspection gauges
- Raw Material Storage: Dedicated sheet and rod store yard with rigorous heat/batch identification

- Universal orbital welding machine: 0.5" to 4" capacity with programmable weld heads
- Plasma cutting machines: High-precision stainless steel profile cutting
- Welding power sources: Air-cooled welding machine 200 A for light fabrication
- Heavy TIG welding: Water-cooled AC/DC welding machine 400 A for thick wall vessels and jackets
- Finishing stations: Bench and flexible shaft buffing machines for mirror and sanitary surface Ra
- Testing equipment: Hydro-pressure test source for structural integrity qualification
- Thermal & clean testing: In-house steam test generator for steam and seal verification
